Preparazione

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Ammollare i fagioli borlotti per almeno 12 ore, scolarli e cuocerli in acqua salata, scolarli, passarli al mixer per ridurli in crema e poi con un setaccio fine, mettere il composto in un sifone da mezzo litro, chiudere bene e dare una carica.
